Regalos Justos is a nonprofit, fair trade company offering for
sale practical, artisan goods from developing countries.
Regalos Justos seeks to assist in alleviating poverty and
sustaining development by creating an outlet for the producers'
goods and services. The profits are then donated to the microfinance
organization
Opportunity International to use in loaning money
to poor entrepreneurs in the developing world.

'Small loans, sometimes as little as $100, in the hands of a poor
entrepreneur can transform the lives of individuals, families, and
entire communities'
See www.Opportunity.org or just click the
Opportunity International logo at the top.

How much more fair could that be?
Regalos Justos buys items from artisans under fair trade
standards-
  • a fair price is paid to the producers based on the regional or local
    context
  • women are paid equitably
  • working conditions are safe and healthy
  • the welfare of children is not adversely affected.
Anything less than that wouldn't be fair.
Artisan borrowers of Opportunity International are sought to
provide those poor entrepreneurs a greater market for the sale of
their goods. Those artisan borrowers are specifically indicated on
the following pages.
You couldn't feel any better about your purchase!
The items are offered for sale here at fair, market prices. We're able to
hold down the price through the volunteer support of
Opportunity
International Governors
and friends.
